Here are some GNUPlot tips that I have come across. They are not arranged in any particular order and are provided in the hope that they will be useful. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions about any of the hints.
Examples
I post here some scripts I have used to generate some of the more complicated plots. A rendering of the plot is also attached. Feel free to use the scripts and adapt them to your needs.
Compare two scatter plots
This simple graph compares side by side two scatter plots. I used this script to compare two different runs of an application each time running with slightly different parameters.
